VID FOTEN AV BONDBERGET – RESIDENTIAL HOUSING

The proposal is about adapting a relatively high exploitation of a total of 90 residential units in relation to the site in between small scale housing and Bondberget with it´s amazing nature. A total of 5 houses vary in height, from 3-6 floors, which contributes to a natural transition and adaptation to the surroundings. The houses are positioned with care, adapted to the topography, the sun and view conditions and to keep important lines of sight through the area. Parking spaces are hidden in two circular buildings, partly integrated in the ground. The ground in between the houses will get the character of an extension of the nature towards the East. Highly effective floor plans are made in order to, in an economic perspective, give every apartment some of the qualities and atmospheres of a villa accommodation – a layer of generous and constant verandas and winter gardens.
